When is the last time I can order?
Up to 72 hours before your flight's scheduled departure, based on the departure airport's local time.
How do I collect my order?
Our crew bring it to your seat during the flight. Show your order confirmation and boarding pass. We check ID for liquor.
What if my flight changes?
Your order moves with you if the new flight is also at least 72 hours away. Otherwise we refund you in full, and any points go back to your Asante Rewards account.
Can I pay with Asante Rewards points?
Yes. Members can pay for part or all of an order with points, and every purchase earns points too.
How much can I bring into my destination?
It depends on where you land. Kenya, for example, allows 1 litre of spirits or 2 litres of wine and 0.5 litre of perfume per adult. See our allowances guide.
