Care & warranty
An automatic needs no battery: wear it daily or wind it gently via the crown if it stops, and have it serviced every few years. Water resistant to 50 m, so it handles rain and hand-washing but is not meant for diving; keep it away from strong magnets and wipe the bracelet with a soft cloth.
You pay online before you fly and your order is handed to you on board, so there is nothing to carry through security. Items bought on board are not affected by the 100 ml hand-luggage limit on this flight.
Connecting onwards? Keep liquids sealed in their tamper-evident bag, with your receipt, until you reach your final destination.
Travellers aged 18 and over arriving in Kenya may bring in, free of duty:
- Spirits (including liqueurs) or wine up to 1 litre, or wine up to 2 litres
- Cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, tobacco and snuff up to 250 g in all
- Perfume and toilet water up to 500 ml in all, of which no more than 250 ml may be perfume
These allowances are set by the Kenya Revenue Authority and apply to returning residents; other travellers may have different allowances. Flying elsewhere? Check the rules of the country you are arriving in.
Pre-order up to 72 hours before your flight departs. Add your flight at checkout and your order is handed to you at your seat.
