How the 72-Hour Pre-Order System Works
Our platform is built around a “Shop Before You Fly” model, guaranteeing that your desired items are in stock, packed securely, and waiting for you.
- Check Your Flight: On the homepage, simply enter your upcoming flight details.
- Shop the Categories: Browse our curated collections or dive into our expansive category menus.
- Add to Basket: Select your items and proceed to a secure checkout.
- The 72-Hour Rule: You must place your order at least 72 hours before your scheduled departure time. This allows our warehouse teams to pull your items, package them in Security Tamper-Evident Bags (STEBs) if needed, and coordinate with the catering trucks.
- In-Seat Delivery: Once you board and settle into your seat, our cabin crew will personally deliver your duty-free package to you.
